The short version: my apps don't collect your personal information.
This policy applies to the software applications published by Benjamin Doyle (“I”, “me”), based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and to this website at imjackofitall.com. It is written to meet the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Nothing. My apps do not collect, store, transmit or sell personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers embedded in the apps.
Any files, settings or content you create stay on your own device, under your control. They are never uploaded to me or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes them, so keep your own backups of anything you want to keep.
Because no personal information is collected, none is shared, disclosed, or transferred to anyone — including overseas recipients.
My apps are not directed at children, and since no personal information is collected, none is knowingly collected from children.
The Australian Privacy Principles give you the right to ask what personal information an organisation holds about you, to correct it, and to complain about how it is handled. I hold no personal information about you, but you are welcome to contact me to confirm that, or to raise a concern. If you are unhappy with my response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
If an app ever starts collecting information, this policy will be updated before that happens and the date above will change.
